We have wanted to do this for many years and are very happy we waited for you and your company to do the work. We could'nt be happier with the quality of the workmanship, the efficiency of your crew and the pleasant manner in which they conducted themselves.

Our home presented some unusual problems since it was designed by Edward Humrich and is architecturally quite unique. You were able to modernize the bathrooms while still maintaining their character and architectural integrity. Your suggestions not only saved us money, but insured that the final outcome was truly beautiful. We also very much appreciated your coming by constantly to check on the progress and quality of the work. You run a tight ship and the finished product shows that you really care.

Dear Pattie and Steve,

We would like to thank you both for making our new home purchase such a GREAT experience. Most people we have talked to complain about the builder and what the builder did'nt do, and with you this never happened. In fact, just the opposite happened. More switches and outlets and more thought has gone into this house than we could possibly need.

The attention to detail on building the physical house outside was like Steve was building the house for himself. Steve made sure every crack was caulked and every request we had was made. Patti, your efforts to finish the house with artistic flare is evident through our house. The painting, the tile, and the moldings through out the house remind me every day what a quality house we live in.
