Premier Building Contractors has been a custom home builder and remodeler in the northshore for over twenty three years. Our homes are one of a kind, built to suit each home owner's personality.

Our homes start with a design review with the homeowners to determine their likes and dislikes. We try to add individuality to match each owner's preference.

To start out, our architects build your plan from the ground up. We over build unlike other builders. The framing is always 2x6 material for exterior framing shells to make sure that the home is solid. A few extra dollars spent on the framing makes a big difference after the drywall is hung. We create a siutation where nail pops and joints move less freely, causing less maintenance on the drywall and repainting corners and joints.

When we perform remodeling projects we start with a design review. We then get approvals from the owner to proceed with the plans and continue on with the permit process and then to construction. Our projects are completed to the satisfaction of the owners and our warrantee protects the project for the future.

Our product exceeds most all other Chicagoland builders. Our competitors use us as a benchmark for quality. Other builders have referenced Premier Building and commented that: "We don't build like you". They are referring to our heavy framing and our design and finished product.

Our interiors are designed by our in house designer. Patty Kozer is second to none when it comes to Layout of home, Colors and tile design.
